Shawn joined the RSC team in 2018 as the Director of Sales and Recruiting. Shawn has over 10 years of experience in the IT staffing space. Prior to coming to RSC, Shawn was responsible for building both sales and recruiting teams in the NY/NJ market.
Shawn started his career in IT recruiting and eventually switched over to a sales role where he built a successful book of business in the Philadelphia market. In 2012, Shawn moved to New York and grew into a management role, where he hired and developed the next set of top producers for his firm.
In his current role, Shawn is responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring the RSC sales and recruiting team. Shawn’s goal is to ensure that our client experience is nothing short of exceptional. He is known as a player-coach, who believes in leading by example.
Shawn has a B.A. in Advertising from Penn State University and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan.
