Carolyn joined RSC in 2018, where she specializes in the placement of highly skilled technology professionals for initiatives ranging from development and multi-platform systems integration to network security and technical support on a consulting, contract-to-hire basis, or full-time placement.
Prior to joining RSC, Carolyn was a Vice President of Business Development at Mitchell Martin, Inc. where she provided staff augmentation, solutions, and permanent placement. Before joining Mitchell Martin, Carolyn headed up her own staffing firm for 10 years providing strategic corporate staffing services to leading companies throughout New York and New Jersey.
Carolyn was awarded a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from St. John’s University. Her philosophy is “play hard work hard”. She has completed two Ironman competitions and continues to follow her passion for fitness by teaching spin and yoga at local fitness clubs in NJ.
