Jesse joined the RSC team in 2019 as Vice President of Business Development. In this role, Jesse is responsible for managing and developing new business ranging from multi-million-dollar companies to global fortune 500 corporations. His goal is to build strong relationships with his clients and help them grow by providing top-quality talent quickly and efficiently. His passion and expertise are in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Life Sciences space.
Prior to joining RSC, Jesse was an IT Business Development Manager for both Kforce and Manpower Group, both Consulting and Professional Services companies. He brings over 10 years of corporate sales experience, including delivering successful talent for staff augmentation, project solutions, and permanent placement to a diverse client base.
Jesse’s genuine, team-first mentality and creative abilities have made an immediate impact on RSC. He received his bachelor’s degree in business and communications while playing soccer at Arizona State University and still coaches at the collegiate level part-time for Yeshiva University Men’s Soccer Team. His philosophy is: consistency creates credibility, as well as respect builds trust, and trust is the foundation of all great relationships!
