Hadar started with RSC in 2020 as a Technical Recruiter and has grown with the company into both recruiting and account management positions; Hadar’s focus is on the recruiting side, staffing several high-level IT positions in his tenure while bringing in new clients and managing existing ones simultaneously.
Prior to joining RSC, Hadar focussed heavily on emergency services and police work with over 8 years in Emergency Management, Emergency Medical Services, Firefighting, and Heavy Rescue. He brings a unique perspective to sales and recruiting based on an innate ability to remain calm and ready in extremely high-stakes situations. After graduating from the University of Delaware with Degrees in Criminal Justice, Sociology, and Political Science, Hadar has quickly found an affinity towards sales in the staffing industry.
