Brandon Brewster joined the RSC team in March of 2023 bringing with him over 15 years in the Staffing Industry primarily within the Technology space. He has experience supporting multiple industries such as Financial Services, Telecom, Pharma, Retail, Media, and Healthcare ranging from startups to Fortune 50 clients. Brandon has over ten years of experience hiring, training, and developing recruiters into top performers while routinely exceeding his own hiring targets which include numerous President Club awards over the years. He also brings experience managing offshore delivery teams with up to 40 recruiters.
In his role, he will be responsible for the RSC Delivery team, both on and offshore. This includes the hiring, training, and further development of the delivery team while ensuring RSC delivers for both their candidates and clients.
Brandon received his BA in Political Science from Seton Hall University before beginning his career within the Staffing Industry.
