Alisha joined RSC Solutions in 2019 as an HR & Onboarding Associate and recently moved into her current role as Human Resources Manager. Alisha has over 10 years of experience in the Operations and Human Resources staffing industry.
Alisha began her career in the staffing industry as an Operations Associate. She was later promoted to an Operations Supervisor where she oversaw all onboarding and on-assignment needs for the Southeast Region.
In her current role, Alisha manages the day-to-day operations of the HR and Onboarding team for RSC.
