History

Resource Search Company, Inc. (RSC Solutions), founded in New York, NY in 1997, was launched to specialize in contract and right to hire recruiting as well as permanent placement and high level Executive Search with a focus in the financial services technology arena.

In 2004, Mark Arzoomanian joined Resource Search Company, inc.  as Chairman and CEO to manage the day-to-day operations and expand on RSC's core competencies to deliver a full service IT offering to the market place.

Today RSC Solutions is a multi-service organization that caters to the financial services, legal, healthcare, and technology industries to provide a full service business solution that goes far beyond the expectations of our clients. The result is the delivery and support of a comprehensive set of services and solutions that allows our clients to focus on driving competitive advantage in their core business.
